Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy — you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return
Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
How to start a return
You must contact us first by email at support@spoileroo.com before sending anything back.
We do not accept unsolicited returns. Packages sent without prior written authorization will be refused and not refunded.
Once approved, we’ll send you full return instructions and (when applicable) a prepaid shipping label.

Damages, defects & wrong items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, misprinted, or wrong, contact us immediately at support@spoileroo.com — we’ll fix it fast at our expense.
Claims for damaged/defective/misprinted items or lost packages must be made within 15 days of receipt (or estimated delivery date).
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
- Personal care & hygiene items (beauty products, face masks, underwear, etc.)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Sale items and discounted products
- Gift cards
- Sealed goods (e.g. face masks) that have been opened — disposed of for health & hygiene reasons
- Buyer’s remorse / change of mind (except where required by law — see EU & Brazil)
- Personalized / custom-made items (custom prints, engravings, made-to-order products)
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right item or size is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
Wrong address or unclaimed shipments
- If you provide an incorrect address, the package will be returned to us — you’ll cover reshipment costs.
- Unclaimed packages are also returned to us — reshipment is at your expense.
European Union – 14-day cooling-off period
EU customers have the legal right to cancel any order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, with no justification needed (item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging).
However, per Article 2011/83/EU Directive Article 16(c) & (e), this right does not apply to personalized/custom items or sealed goods opened for health/hygiene reasons. We reserve the right to refuse such returns.
Brazilian customers
You have 7 consecutive days from receipt to request cancellation for regret. Send photos of the item to support@spoileroo.com. If the product shows use or damage, no refund will be issued.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the result. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank/card processing can take extra time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us.
