Welcome to Spoileroo! We operate this website and online store, including all content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are powered by Shopify.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
SECTION 1 – PARODY / IRONIC / SATIRICAL PRODUCTS – IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
Most products sold on Spoileroo are made for humor, irony, parody, or satire only.
These items are in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any third-party brand, trademark owner, celebrity, company, sports team, TV show, movie, or other entity that may be referenced or parodied.
Our designs are original creations protected under parody and free speech laws and are intended solely as comedic or artistic commentary.
Buying or wearing them does not imply any connection with the referenced entities.
Exception: Official designs fully owned by Spoileroo are clearly marked as “Official Spoileroo Design”. Everything else is pure parody/irony.
SECTION 2 – Access & Account
You must be at least the age of majority in your country. You are fully responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
SECTION 3 – Our Products
We work hard to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary. We may modify, limit, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
SECTION 4 – Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion. Your order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email and payment is processed.
SECTION 5 – Prices & Payment
Prices can change without notice. The final price is the one shown at checkout. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or customs duties unless stated.
SECTION 6 – Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

All official Spoileroo content and designs are protected by copyright and trademark law. Parody/ironic designs are protected as expressive works. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivatives without our written permission.
SECTION 8 – Third-Party Links & Shopify
We are not responsible for external websites. Shopify powers our store but is not a party to any sale between you and Spoileroo.
SECTION 9 – Privacy
Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 10 – Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services for illegal purposes, to infringe IP rights, harass others, upload malware, or interfere with the site. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations.
